In January 2020, director Xiaorui united his line -up and crew to complete a film that was given up during production ten years earlier. However, the team is suddenly brought together during the start of Covid-19. With the challenges of pandemic, Xiaorui and its crew are forced to determine how they can move forward in a rapidly changing world. From the celebrated director Lou Ye (Suzhou River, Summer Palace) is an unfinished film “An absolutely unique and very important film about Covid, the crisis that affected us all” (The Guardian).
